Biography

Shir Grains, MA, RP (Q), NATC
is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing individual and couples psychotherapy to adults and teens. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is certified in Narcissistic Abuse Treatment (NATC).

Shir works from a relational and psychodynamic perspective, supporting clients who are experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, burnout (particularly among professionals and caregivers), emotional overwhelm, and the impact of difficult or high-conflict relationships. Her work focuses on helping clients understand relational patterns, navigate complex emotions, and reconnect with their sense of self.

Shir offers a thoughtful, grounded, and compassionate space where clients can slow down, build insight, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
